A Thank You Message to all my Customers and Jewellers

I would like to thank all the public and jewellers who emailed, phoned and wrote to me and thanked me for warning them about the "fracture filled" diamonds. After all it is the customer and the jeweller that will have the problem with these diamonds and not the mere valuer. Unfortunately it is too late for some of you but hopefully it is not too late for others. My only intention is that the customer is aware that he/she is purchasing 'fracture filled' diamonds. If the customer is aware and is happy, then that's great!

As many of you know me already and many of you are my own customers for the past 25 years, you will know that I have absolutely no problem with anyone buying jewellery abroad. I think it is great to support the jewellery trade no matter where you buy the jewellery!! Many of you will also know that for many years I was one of the only jewellers in Dublin city centre to value items bought abroad.

Unfortunately some people who don't know me have taken what I've said out of context and tried to distort its meaning in order to discredit me and to fit their own agenda. Thankfully many of you will not be swayed by their comments. So once again keep buying jewellery abroad AND at home and keep bringing it to me to value, assuring you of an excellent service at all times.
